In 2021 long-time friends Tineke Enright and Jo Omeros joined forces to bring you Coco’s Cabin, a carefully curated selection of New Zealand made vintage and high end pre loved clothing labels. The fashion industry is one of the world’s biggest polluters and they believe buying second hand should be everyone’s first choice.
The Cabin started her life as Number 20 at the Queenstown Lakeview Holiday Park. In 2020 the site was cleared to make way for new development and number 20 and four of her neighbors made the journey to Country Lane.
Sadly the original cladding contained asbestos and had to be removed before the shift. The front aluminum door has been replaced with wooden french doors that were also salvaged from the camping site.
Country Lane has been created on the Grant Family farm and uses old farm buildings and recycled materials to house boutique and artisan style retail.
